Description

For one of its clients (an international player active in the manufacturing of electrical devises and the selling of related services) wiling to generate business growth in Belgium we are looking for a Facility manager

Responsibilities

As a technical facility manager your main task consist of delivering an excellent end-to-end service to our internal customers:

  • Daily follow-up of facilities services for an important building and a production unit.
  • Coordinating and following up preventive & corrective maintenances (technical and non-technical maintenance done by suppliers)
  • Periodic technical tour and quality control in the offices and notice the defects or areas for improvement, register & communicate, in collaboration with your management.
  • Coordination of renovations and projects
  • Monitoring compliance with contract conditions
  • Build relationships with suppliers
  • Monitor our facility management budget
  • Propose improvements in your job and for global organisation
Qualifications
  • You have an affinity for technology (buiding installations)
  • You have knowledge of electricity, electronics, mechanics,plumbing,HVAC,…
  • You have a good Knowledge of MS Office
  • You are: Accurate,asertive,autonomous,communicative,flexible,entrepreneurial, customer-oriented, stress-resistant and know how to se priorities.
  • You have a very good knowledge of Dutch or French (speaking, reading, understanding, writing) and a good knowledge of the other National Language.
